The game
Sortie! is a free daily flight challenge provided for entertainment. Features, scoring, rules, and availability may change at any time.
Accounts & callsigns
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Callsigns must be appropriate for a public leaderboard. We may change or remove callsigns, or suspend accounts, that use abusive, misleading, or impersonating callsigns.
- One person should not create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard or circumvent daily mission limits.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, abuse APIs, manipulate game data, or interfere with other players.
We may void scores, remove leaderboard entries, suspend accounts, or restrict access for unfair play or other abuse of the service.
Leaderboards & scoring
Scores, rankings, and other game results may be adjusted, removed, or reset when necessary to correct errors, address cheating or abuse, or maintain the integrity of the game.
We may change scoring rules, leaderboard mechanics, or other game rules from time to time.
Content & intellectual property
The Sortie! name, art, design, and game software are owned by Daily Sortie or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use the game’s content or software except as permitted by law.
Prompts and answer banks may be created by us or obtained from third-party sources. Third-party content remains subject to the applicable rights of its owners.
Availability & disclaimer
Sortie! is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Sortie and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Sortie!.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Sortie! if we believe you have violated these terms, abused the service, or engaged in conduct that could harm the game or other players. You may stop using the service at any time.
